Management systems and dashboards

When more than one person edits the spreadsheet, when it holds the record of what happened, or when someone rebuilds the same report every week, it has become the business. A management system fixes the six signs with records, roles, an audit trail and a dashboard that is a glance, not a job.

What I build

  • Records with fields and statuses, and imports from the spreadsheets you have today
  • Roles: who can see and change what, including per-location permissions
  • An audit trail of every change
  • A dashboard of the numbers an owner opens each morning, with live reports
  • An admin panel scoped from the questions your team asks every day

How the engagement runs

A written scope first, then fixed-price milestones with acceptance criteria, weekly demos on a live staging link, and handover documents. The full process is on How I work.

Proof

  • Spinfluence: A QR-code prize wheel that turns diners into Google reviews, with automated replies, review insights and a multi-location owner dashboard.
  • Scriva: Turns real-time YouTube trend data into SEO-scored titles, full video concepts and structured scripts, with a content engine built never to invent statistics.
  • Reasy: A rental-matching app that pairs seekers, roommates, owners and agents by lifestyle fit, not keyword search. Built for the Israeli market in three languages.

Questions

When should I replace my spreadsheet?

When several people edit it, it holds the history, or someone rebuilds the same report weekly. The blog post has a cost test.

Can my spreadsheet data be moved in?

Yes. Imports from existing sheets are part of a normal build.

Is Airtable enough?

For shared editing and weekly reports, often yes. Custom code is for exact roles, audit trails and sensitive data.
