MVP development

An MVP has one job: find out whether people will pay before you build it properly. That means a small scope, a live link you can show customers every week, and a build approach chosen for what must be true in 90 days.

What I build

  • Auth, roles, billing and dashboards on Next.js and Postgres, or Bubble when speed wins
  • Marketplace and two-sided products, including multilingual builds
  • An admin view for you from launch day
  • Weekly demos on a staging link and a fixed-price milestone plan

How the engagement runs

A written scope first, then fixed-price milestones with acceptance criteria, weekly demos on a live staging link, and handover documents. The full process is on How I work.

Proof

  • Claire: Compares incoming contracts against a company's own standards, scores risk 0–100, and drafts ready-to-paste redlines, with the privilege controls a legal team needs.
  • Spinfluence: A QR-code prize wheel that turns diners into Google reviews, with automated replies, review insights and a multi-location owner dashboard.
  • Dwello: An install-free web app that diagnoses home issues from voice, photo, video or text, in a real back-and-forth chat.

Questions

Bubble or code for my MVP?

It depends on what must be true in 90 days, what data you hold and who changes the product after launch. The decision table in the blog post sets this out.

Do I own the code?

That is my default: the repository and hosting accounts are created in your name from day one.

How do you price an MVP?

A written scope first, then fixed-price milestones with acceptance criteria.
