Multi-location businesses usually grow one spreadsheet per site, so the owner learns about a bad week at month end. One screen with a handful of numbers per site and for the group, each clickable to its detail, replaces that.
What I build
- Seven daily numbers per location and in total, compared with the same weekday last week
- Per-location roles: owner, area manager, site manager, staff
- Database-level isolation so one site's numbers never reach another's manager
- An exception list wired to actions, such as sending shift-cover requests
How the engagement runs
A written scope first, then fixed-price milestones with acceptance criteria, weekly demos on a live staging link, and handover documents. The full process is on How I work.
Proof
- Spinfluence: A QR-code prize wheel that turns diners into Google reviews, with automated replies, review insights and a multi-location owner dashboard.
- Clinical Stack: Multi-location clinical staff scheduling with a rules engine that guarantees valid rosters, a chat assistant that drafts schedules from plain-language requests, and WhatsApp shift cover.
Questions
What should an owner dashboard show?
Revenue or bookings, volume, a quality signal, staffing, next-week pipeline, money at risk and an exception list.
How are permissions handled?
Every record carries its location, every user carries the locations they may see, and queries are filtered on the server.
